The MatterSphere App ('App') and MatterSphere Website ('Website') are owned by Diamond Digital AG, Switzerland.

The content of the App and of the Website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

Neither the Diamond Digital AG nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on either the Website or App for any particular purpose. Diamond Digital AG expressly excludes liability for any inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on the App or Website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through the App or Website meet your specific requirements.

Both the App and Website contain material which is owned by or licensed to Diamond Digital AG. This material includes, but is not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited.

Your use of the App and Website, and any dispute arising out of such use, is subject to the laws of Switzerland.

MatterSphere Technical Requirements

Website: MatterSphere is built to work with Google Chrome. Please make sure you have the latest version of this browser installed on your computer. Your computer must have a minimum screen resolution of 1200 x 800 px for all functionalities to work smoothly.

App: You will use an iPhone or an Android phone to interact with MatterSphere. For security reasons, you are recommended to activate biometric identification (FaceID or TouchID). On iPhone, you can alternatively choose to use a pin code (pattern-based ID will not work). If your phone uses an older operating system, the App may not work, and we recommend that you update the operating system to Android 9.0 or higher, or iPhone OS 13.0 or higher.

Internet Connection: For a smooth experience, please use a stable and fast internet connection.
